BYMET yesterday...
sua s'day! :] [hello in khmer]
yest from 6-930pm, we had a bymet [bethesda youth mission exposure trip] meeting. have one new member in our group - titus chong. :]

so first, we confirmed our roles. i got the very very (:]) important roles of crafts and journalist. sharing the roles with danna. :P
then we revised the song 'seek ye first' in khmer. we pro. memorised the whole song k. notbadnotbad. :]
after that, we learnt a new [super 'easy'] song in khmer. very wonderful pronounciations that everyone could catch at first go... harhar. needa practice a lot.. :P
we had this cambodian culture lesson [woohoo! school!]. i learnt that the cambodian king was a ballet dancer and is very educated, cambodians are very artistic, the king is just a figurehead and the PM is the one with the real POWER. :] i think tt was all that was taught? hee..
during the lesson jethro and david started smelling lucas' highlighter. LOL. and jethro had this really evil suggestion on wad to do with it to somebody... tsktsk. :] ask me to do somemore. harhar. you wish. :P
then we had some photo highlights on the previous batch of youths who went for the trip last year. they climbed [seriously, climbed] up a temple with super steep and narrow steps. we're gonna do it too. if an old man can do it [haha] so can we! hope no one falls! ;]
we had another lesson, this time a language one. lucas not bad ar? lols. memorized a few phrases and words. :] quite fun actually. haha. must talk in khmer more often.
so after learning a bit of khmer, we had prayers and ended the meeting. overall, IT ROCKED! haha. i cant wait for the next one! :] 1 sept. come quickly! :D
